Return & Refund Policy
We so rarely have had any returns since we launched but no one's perfect so if you do need to contact us about an issue, here are the details below:
If there is a fault or issue with the packaging or product:
Contact us on email@example.com and we will help resolve the problem straight away
If you’ve changed your mind:
You’re entitled to return the unopened product to us within 14 days of receipt. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
Please note, it is in our terms that customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items at their own cost and must arrive in perfect sealed condition.
If you don’t like the product:
This is not one we usually hear but if you're that one in a million, we want to help you not just like but love the product. Contact us at email@example.com and we’ll try to help you make them work for you.
If your order has been returned to our factory because you weren't in or able to pick up your parcel from the depot, please let us know and we'll do our best to resolve it ASAP.
Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.
