BROWNIES….but with beetroot!
Beetroot Brownie with an Avocado frosting is so delicious it’s ridiculous.
My friend and Holistic Therapist, Nutritional therapist and Psychotherapist Victoria @victoriabrown_therapy always makes these brownies when she comes to my house so I didn’t want to gate keep them any longer, they’re too good.
Super easy when you buy the ‘cup’ measuring too - I’m not a ‘measurer’ at all but then sometimes baking doesn’t work properly so buy yourself some cups and it makes baking so much easier. Cups and gram measurements below.
It’s a short two minute video - yes, I know the voiceover doesn’t sync, I don’t have that kind of time or patience but you’ll know to bake the brownies after two minutes with a little visual guidance too!
PLUS, we have done a longer nutritional focused video, whilst baking about the nutritional benefits of the ingredients in the brownie, brands we like, so many types of salts (?!) good fats, bad fats, peri menopause backs and more… this video is on our You Tube Channel on this link - https://youtu.be/zVHFKPArl08?si=ZDtAlL3FUZTwV0sw or supernovaliving5876
